Guilt is one of the most powerful motivators that influence how people come to terms with their choices. Once the realisation hits them that their own needs took precedent before anyone Else's with no regard on how it may cause a negative affect, will they then start to feel guilt. We may try and mend the harm our errors have caused, but the lack of taking ownership at the right time doesn't help those we have offended because your actions may have already caused irreversible harm to your own integrity, your selfish actions forces you to repeat your most common mistakes and create a norm that is now expected of you. When your motives have been realised, it's enough to tarnish any relationship you may have because your guilt might not be enough to show the intensity of your remorse. So come clean from the beginning and remember if you feel guilty for something you may have done hiding from others is a lot easier than hiding from yourself, for that if you feel bad then you must have done bad. Fooling yourself that you only had good intentions is admitting to yourself that your not comfortable with the lies you say. So accept yourself , even if that acceptance highlights that you are more selfish than you thought you were. At least you would go sleep at night without questioning your true identity.Thoughts that enter our mind and stay with our hearts are the main ingredients that helps assist us when trying to relate, by connecting our minds to each other. No longer feeling lonely because of what we share with each other. This process helps filter our thoughts through expression of the mind, reading deep in what your feeling helps decipher any complicated mind.

GUILTY AS CHARGED
Guilt is one of the most powerful motivators that influence how people come to terms with their choices. ENTRAPMENT IN DISGUISE
In life we are told how great life can be if we upgrade our possessions and how bigger leads us to a happier lifestyle. Cars are built to go faster but the speed limits stay the same. We are told that we should have more then what our parents have because we've had more opportunities and an easier life, but where does this leave those who are content with living a simple life. If possession shape us then are we all shallow minded or are we just following what seems to make sense that more is better. Those who are famous are made to look like super stars by the media and are supposed to be role models to us mere mortals, but if you take away their publicists they would fade in the crowd. Is this entrapment of our feelings or just great marketing. How can we blame those who use our motivations against us knowing that they are only giving us what we crave. Maybe we sometimes need to take off our beer goggles which effect our mind with negative influences and focus more on how we can affect others in a positive way, which would help us reach a common goal worth reaching.

COMMON SENSE ISN'T SO COMMON
Common sense seems to be a rarity for people to apply to real life situations. It seems to be difficult to use street smarts before making a decision to ask a question that most lateral thinkers filter through to get to a what is considered a normal question. Are we so programed to ignore the obvious hints that smack us in the face, or are most of the questions asked rhetorical question that strangely are still expected a respectful answer, even though the answer still doesn't seem to justify the question. The answer seems to add significance to what really should not be emphasised.
NO TIME FOR XMAS TIME
Christmas time reminds us that it doesn't matter how hard the year has been for us, it's the time we spend together that's important. Where families take photos with Santa to remind them of the good that represents Christmas time. When is the line crossed between what we do for our family and what we do for ourselves, where forcing our kids to overcome their fear of the man with the white beard. Trying to convince ourselves to paint on a smile during a photo at a time where we feel we have nothing to smile about because of the pressures that are forced upon us. Our true feelings fighting against showing patience when we are at our wits end with our families and friends during the busy Christmas shopping times and rushed events that lead us to Christmas day. Isn't our time as a family better represented as showing our true feelings on how we felt at the time we took the photo, something that will stick to our memories because of the raw emotion showed in the photograph. Our personalities that stand out and separate us from any other smiling photograph.

THE DIVERSION TACTIC
Criticism a unique tool that can be used to help you in noticing a side that you may have not yet considered, but also sometimes used to make you feel better by pointing out the negative in others. A way to highlight what we believe is wrong with someone by diverting negative attention to anyone, so that we don’t have to deal with our own insecurities. A choice some deem as there right to point out certain idiosyncrasies they might not accept as normal. A way of connecting to others who face the same lack of respect for anyone different to themselves. A failure to communicate without negative influence that sometimes portray our mirror image that we all are sometimes are afraid to comprehend because of its real meaning.
